Can you imagine what the horse show industry would look like if we could separate our definition of success from winning ribbons?

I truly believe this shift in perception, alone, would dramatically change the landscape of the horse industry. We are taught growing up that winning means we are successful, and being successful means we are worthy. And speaking frankly, isn't that what most of us are searching for in all areas of our lives. To feel worthy. To feel like we are enough.

Yet when ribbons and success come from a lack of integrity the quick rush of winning crashes to the ground and we want more. Here's why:

So what if we each redefined success? What is we searched for what our innate values are and defined success by remaining in integrity to them?
